Information you provide directly:

• Early access waitlist — your name, email address, how you found LAKETI, and where you are in your ENM journey.
• Contact form — your email address, subject line, and message content.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to collect basic, anonymized usage data (page views, general geographic region, browser type). This data contains no personally identifiable information and does not use cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about early access to the LAKETI platform.
• To respond to messages submitted through the contact form.
• To understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted services to operate this website. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores waitlist submissions in a secure database.
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides anonymized analytics.

We do not share your data with any other platforms or services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not build individual user profiles.

7. Your Rights

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA) and applicable US privacy law, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of any future processing (where applicable).

8. Children's Privacy

LAKETI is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
